Но в компании Tele2 предложили мне очень выгодный тариф, я с ним согласился и не стал переносить номер», — добавил абонент.
Другой человек рассказал о похожей ситуации, в которой ему пришлось заплатить 7 тыс. рублей. По его словам, номер был куплен много лет назад и о каких-либо санкциях при переносе его к другому оператору абонента не предупреждали. В T2 пояснили, что с 2022 года действует правило списания платы за перенос так называемых «красивых» номеров. Номер можно выкупить или взять в аренду, клиента об этом заранее оповещают.
Управляющий партнер адвокатского бюро «Леонтьев и партнеры» Вячеслав Леонтьев отметил, что в законе не прописаны какие-либо категории номеров. «По закону никаких «красивых», «платиновых», «серебряных» и «золотых» номеров не существует», — добавил он.
Отмечается, что существует конкретный абонентский номер, по которому оператор связи оказывает клиенту услуги. В соответствии с законом клиент имеет право сменить поставщика услуг, то есть оператора, не чаще чем раз в 60 дней. Ограничения могут присутствовать в случае задолженности перед предыдущим оператором и в случае неверных данных, которые абонент мог не обновить (например, при смене паспорта). Поэтому какие-то дополнительные взыскания или платежи, связанные с цифрами в номере, не предусматриваются действующим законодательством.
